During my 25 years in multinational companies, I have led complex transformations and developed multicultural teams in high-pressure and change-driven environments.
I provide support from diagnosis to implementation, and I use equine mediation as an accelerator: horses, with their unrivalled ability to analyse their environment, immediately reveal leadership styles, collective dysfunctions and concrete levers for cooperation. There is no need to be a rider, as everything is done on foot.
This approach makes it possible to secure transformations, align strategy, organisation and managerial practices, and sustainably strengthen commitment, individual responsibility and collective performance.
