WALK THE TALK
I've often heard: "We're told about trust and empowerment, but the CEO still approves every expense. Official messages encourage initiative, but the slightest suggestion is rebuffed. They claim that 'people are the priority,' and yet, the first budget to be cut is training."
Because embodying leadership means building trust through consistency and translating intentions into actions at all levels of the organization, regardless of one's role in the hierarchy, I offer exercises that reveal behaviors and skills through interaction with horses. We then practice these exercises to reinforce and solidify them, with one goal: more effective, aligned, and engaged teams.
