I grew up in the countryside in France, and I have retained a taste for simple, fair and sincere relationships — a spirit that I continue to convey in everything I do.

 

With 25 years of experience in multinational companies, I have developed solid expertise in building relationships, developing teams and individuals, and supporting change, with enthusiasm and discernment.

 

My name is Anne Leutrat. Based in Switzerland, near Lausanne, I support companies, individuals and horse/rider pairs in achieving their goals, thanks to horses.

 

Horses have always been a part of my life. They have allowed me to establish an authentic presence, agile leadership, and a keen understanding of relational dynamics.

 

I am an adaptable, intuitive person, capable of reading and connecting human interactions.

 

Today I share my passion for animals with my husband and son, who accompany me on this journey.
